BIOGRAPHY

Francesco Galli was born in Rimini on 13 June 1989, and was previously a pupil of the painter Cesare Filippi thanks to whom he developed new experimental techniques through color and maceration of the canvas. In 2013, he graduated from the musical institute of Riccione, and in the meantime he became interested in industrial optical techniques obtaining a diploma in Optics and Ophthalmology in the same year. Always attracted by visual arts, in 2015 he enrolled in the DAMS faculty of cultural heritage (discipline of figurative arts, music and entertainment) in Bologna. In 2019 he graduated in cinema with a thesis on film settings and "Cinema as a spiritual tool". In 2021, he made his first short film "DOM", which won the Andrey Tarkovsky Film Festival in London and received other numerous international awards.
